Pricing Questions
What's included in the purchase?
You get the complete PinPress suite: the PinPress Theme, PinPress Core Plugin, and PinPress Commerce Plugin. All 80+ features are included in every license — no add-ons, no upsells, no feature gating.
What's the difference between Regular and Extended License?
The Regular License lets you use PinPress on one end product where end users are not charged (e.g., your own community site, portfolio, blog). The Extended License lets you use PinPress in a product that end users pay to access (e.g., a SaaS platform, membership site, or multi-vendor marketplace). Both include the same features. See Envato's license terms for full details.
How does Envato support work?
Every purchase includes 6 months of support from the author (us) via Envato. This covers bug fixes, general usage questions, and technical issues. You can extend support to 12 months for an additional fee at checkout. Support does not include customization, installation, or third-party plugin conflicts.
Can I use PinPress on multiple sites?
Each license is valid for one end product (one website). If you need PinPress on multiple sites, you'll need a separate license for each. Development and staging environments for the same project are fine under one license.
Do I get future updates?
Yes. Every purchase includes lifetime updates for the item. As long as we continue to update PinPress, you'll receive all new features, improvements, and security patches at no extra cost.
Is WooCommerce required?
No. PinPress Commerce works with standalone affiliate links — just paste a URL, title, and price. WooCommerce integration adds automatic price syncing, stock status, and product links, but it's entirely optional.
What happens if I'm not satisfied?
Envato offers a refund policy for qualifying purchases. If PinPress doesn't work as described, you can request a refund through Envato Market. See Envato's refund policy for details.
Do I need a separate purchase for the Commerce plugin?
No. The Commerce plugin is bundled with every license. You get the complete suite — theme, core plugin, and commerce plugin — in a single purchase.
